Navigating healthcare can be hard. It doesn’t have to be.

You’ve got enough on your plate without the added burden of waiting in line to see a provider, trying to schedule a doctor’s appointment that’s convenient for you, finding medical care when it can’t wait, or simply figuring out where to start.

Edward-Elmhurst Health is making it easier to get the personal care you need, the way you need it.

From safe in-person care (by appointment or walk-in) to virtual care from home, we have the tools to meet your health needs quickly and easily.

Need a same-day appointment? Dealing with cold or flu symptoms after-hours? Looking for a COVID-19 test? You can choose which care option works best for you.

  • Same-day, next-day appointments: We offer care when you need to see a doctor ASAP. Quickly schedule an appointment with one of our primary care providers for preventive care, illnesses or injuries. You can schedule an in-person or Video Visit online or on the MyEEHealth™ mobile app, 24/7.

  • Convenient scheduling for tests or procedures: We offer easy scheduling options, including:
    • Schedule at EEHealth.org – Tests include: mammogram (annual screening), DEXA bone density scan, EKG, labs, heart scan, peripheral vascular screening, and Whole Body Composition test.
    • Schedule in MyChart® or the MyEEHealth app – Tests include: most labs, MRI, CT Scans, mammograms and more. A doctor’s order is required. Once the order is placed, you’ll receive an invitation to schedule. Not active on MyChart? You can still schedule online as a guest.
  • Virtual care: We offer care from the comfort of home, or anywhere, through Video Visits. It’s simply a video call which allows you to meet face-to-face, in real time, with a healthcare professional. We offer scheduled and on-demand Video Visits.

  • Walk-in care: We offer same-day walk-in care with no appointment needed, seven days a week. Dealing with cold/flu symptoms? A minor burn or break? Need a COVID-19 test? Some of our locations offer lab services, X-ray and advanced imaging. Find a walk-in care location near you.
    • On My Way: We have a way to save you time and make life just a bit easier. Now you can let us know you’re on your way to save your spot at a walk-in care location. It’s even easier when you use the MyEEHealth app.

  • Emergency care: We offer care close to home when you need it most. Our three 24/7 ERs are always ready in case of an emergency. View ER wait times

Not sure where to start? It can be a challenge to know what kind of care you need for different situations. That’s why we’ve introduced Eleanor, your personal virtual assistant.

Ask Eleanor, she’ll help find what you need: check your symptoms, find a doctor, schedule an appointment, save your spot at a walk-in care location, and learn about COVID-19 symptoms, testing, vaccine information and more. You can find Eleanor here or on the MyEEHealth app.

Schedule your physician appointments, lab tests and imaging (with a physician’s order) online or through the MyEEHealth mobile app.
