Aileen Waldschmidt, LDN, RD

Aileen Waldschmidt is a licensed, registered dietitian and Bariatric Program Coordinator with Edward-Elmhurst Health who has extensive experience in weight management therapy.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and her master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University.

Waldschmidt completed the Commission on Dietetic Registration Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and completed the Fitness Specialist Certification Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
