Christy Longmire

Meet Christy Longmire, unit specialist at Linden Oaks at Edward Hospital & Health Services. Longmire has worked at Linden Oaks for more than 20 years. She has spent time in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and her responsibilities have ranged from clinical to non-clinical roles. Longmire uses her creativity in writing to help promote staff engagement by finding creative ways to share information around safety issues and unit policy/procedures. Nowadays you can find her on the adolescent inpatient unit, using her experience to provide feedback to create a safer, more productive environment for patients and staff.
