Meet Patricia Noble, PhD and Victoria Freier, MSN, RN-BC. Dr. Noble is a licensed clinical psychologist and supervisor of the Linden Oaks Outpatient Services in St. Charles. Freier is the manager of Linden Oaks Behavior Health Services at Mill Street. Both have worked with adolescents for more than 20 years.
