I enjoy Dr. Herbert's thorough assessment and the questions he asks and he actually listens to my responses, concerns and provides feedback and details as needed. I am not afraid to visit my physician and I enjoy scheduling because he doesn't overlook my concerns as a black patient and doesn't make assumptions due to racial disbeliefs that I have experienced with other healthcare providers. ... Dr. Herbert has provided a great physician/patient experience.
