This was my first appointment with Dr. Norman. The minute she walked into the room she was cheerful and personable. I felt comfortable right from the start. She was very informative and made me feel that she was truly concerned regarding a previous surgery I had and relieved that the outcome was good.I'm so happy to have her as my new doctor.
