Dr John Ortega was recommended by a number of people through ... He was great. After talking about the procedure, I shared with him that I'd had some ear pain, jaw pain, and have suffered from Vertigo... He listened and he explained his thoughts very clearly. I had my hearing checked with an audiologist right then, and found ... which could impact balance and vertigo. When I mentioned ear aches (now and prior history) he asked if I grind my teeth and/or clench my jaw. I admitted I abandoned my mouth guard several years ago. He checked my jaw and the TMJ was obvious and very uncomfortable. He provided very good next steps for me. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend him to others.

I thought Dr. John Ortega was not very friendly and was too fast paced for me. I was hoping for a greeting when he entered the room and I felt like I had to initiate a "Hi, how are you?" in order to have some connection. He didn't ask me many questions and just took the wax out real quick and that was that. ...
