I believe my patient and I establish a team as soon as I take the responsibility of caring for their medical condition. Using my knowledge and skills I help them overcoming the obstacles along the way. Whether it entails offering them a surgical treatment or if we have to work on some lifestyle changes, add or change some medications, or just explore other options, I treat them as if they are my family members.
