Elena Silberman Scott graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a MA in Counseling Psychology. She also holds a MA in Clinical Psychology from Adler University and is a pre-doctoral Intern. As a licensed LCPC, and CADC, they utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness and Hypnosis. [ They believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, working to help each client identify areas of strength in addition to the areas where they are feeling challenged. Elena specializes in working with adult dealing with pain, chronic illness, and health behaviors, including substance abuse, in addition to anxiety and depression. In addition, Elena has experience working with first responders and members of the military. They strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for their clients, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.
