Stephanie graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and specialization in Treatment of Addiction Disorders. As a licensed clinical professional therapist and certified drug and alcohol counselor, she utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Stephanie believes in building a strong therapeutic rapport with her clients in order to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered on their journey working towards change. Stephanie specializes in working with adults and adolescents struggling with co-occurring disorders such as depression and anxiety in conjunction with a substance use disorder.
In addition, Stephanie has experience working with adolescents in the PHP/ IOP level of care who struggle with mood disorders and substance use. She strives to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for her clients, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.
