Tammy has over 8 years of experience working with adults and adolescents affected by mood and anxiety disorders, co-occurring, and substance abuse disorders. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to assist her clients in identifying their strengths, set goals, and find self-empowerment through counseling.
