My approach to health and healing is an Integrative one. Integrative medicine provides wellness and healing by combining the use of modern traditional Western medicine and Eastern Holistic medicine. As a practitioner of Eastern medicine, I feel it is an honor to provide those seeking healing and wellness using a holistic approach. In addition, to creating a holistic space that allows the patient to share their health concerns whether it is of the mind, body, or spirit. As a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese medicine, I utilize a wide range of Eastern Medicine therapies such as acupuncture, herbs, cupping, gua sha, tui na (Chinese massage), qi gong (breathing techniques), Tai qi, meditation, and lifestyle suggestions.
