We understand visiting a hospital — particularly one as large as Edward’s nearly 1,000,000 square foot campus—can be intimidating. We make sure you encounter a friendly face every few squares.

Located at the entranceways of the North and South lobbies of our Naperville campus, our Concierge greets visitors, gives directions and provides assistance. Just stop by or call us and we will assist you.

Whether you need to find a patient's room, grab a fast lunch or even hail a cab, we are here to help you get from here to there. Our Concierge can provide:

• Hospital campus maps
• Medical office buildings physician directory
• Parking and valet services
• Cab service
• Hotel accommodations
• Directions to and from the hospital and airports/train stations
• Train service, including station locations and train schedules from Naperville to Chicago
• Naperville public transportation information and Pace bus schedules/routes
• Pathway finding within hospital (personal escort if necessary)
• Wheelchair assistance

For the South Lobby, call 630-646-8551 outside the hospital (68551 within hospital), Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday - Sunday from 6:00 a.m. - 10 p.m.
