SOAR Support Group: Supporting Our Adolescents in Recovery
The SOAR (Supporting Our Adolescents in Recovery) Support Group provides parents and guardians with the tools to actively support their child's recovery. This free weekly group empowers families to understand the treatment process, develop home support strategies, and connect with other parents facing similar challenges.
SOAR is available to parents of children enrolled in our PHP/IOP programs, helping them stay actively involved in their child's recovery.

Week 2: Recognizing Signs of Crisis and Managing Stress
Learn to recognize signs of crisis and stress and how to help your child deescalate from their “crisis zone” safely.
Week 3: Building Trust and Open Communication
Discover ways to build trust, understanding, and open communication with your child. Learn how to support your child as they navigate their emotions.
Week 4: Setting Safe Boundaries
Understand the importance of setting safe boundaries for your child and learn how to establish effective limits and consequences for their behavior.
